May 9 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Agram Banka [ZSE:KBZ] said on Tuesday it has proposed to its shareholders to distribute a dividend of 1.55 euro ($1.7) per share out of its net profit for 2022.
A half of the company’s net profit of 6 million euro reported for last year will be distributed as dividend and the other half will be retained, Agram Banka, formerly Kreditna Banka Zagreb, said in a bourse filing.
Ex-dividend date is June 20, record date is June 21 and payment date is July 14. The shareholders will vote on the proposal on June 15.
In 2022, the bank paid out a dividend of 1.41 euro per share out of its net profit for 2021.
The bank's shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on January 16, when they closed 9.30% lower at 23.40 euro.
