December 7 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] held 340,284 of its own shares as of December 6, representing 2.07% of the company's equity capital, it said.
On December 4, Adris repurchased 33 of its preferred shares at a price of 425.48 kuna ($65.5/57.6 euro) apiece, while a day later it bought back 380 preferred shares at 428.0 kuna, the group said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Thursday.

Adris has been buying back its shares for several months to distribute them to its workers and the company's management under a reward programme launched by the company in October last year.
