November 27 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] held 338,555 of its own shares as of Tuesday, representing 2.06% of the company's equity capital, it said.
On November 23, Adris repurchased 398 of its preferred shares at a price of 423.0 kuna ($64.4/56.9 euro) apiece, the group said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
On November 26, Adris bought back 401 preferred shares at 424.0 kuna, the company said
Adris has been buying back its shares for several months to distribute them to its workers and the company's management under a reward programme launched by the company in October last year.
