November 19 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] held 336,118 of its own shares as of Friday, representing 2.04% of the company's equity capital, it said.
On November 14, Adris repurchased 107 of its preferred shares at a price of 425.0 kuna ($65.3/57.2 euro) apiece and 34 ordinary shares at 480.0 kuna, the group said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
A day later, Adris bought back 327 preferred shares at 423.56 kuna and 109 ordinary shares at 479.67 kuna, the company said
Adris has been buying back its shares for several months to distribute them to its workers and the company's management under a reward programme launched by the company in October last year.
