August 23 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] held 325,275 of its own shares as of August 22, representing 1.97% of the company's equity capital, it said.
Between August 21 and August 22, the company acquired 697 preferred shares for a total of 305,905.8 kuna ($47,568/41,154 euro), Adris said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange late on Wednesday.
Adris has been buying back its shares for several months to distribute them to its workers and the company's management under a reward programme launched by the company in October last year.
