ZAGREB (Croatia), June 27 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS-R-A] said on Wednesday it will pay a dividend of 17.5 kuna ($2.8/2.4 euro) per share, up from 17.0 kuna paid out last year.

Adris will disburse a total of 287 million kuna as dividend from its undistributed retained earnings, it said in a Zagreb bourse filing.

The dividend was approved by shareholders on June 27.

Adris Grupa is a Croatian diversified conglomerate which operates in the sectors of tourism, food production and insurance.
