ZAGREB (Croatia), May 21 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] has said it now holds 378,749 of its own shares, representing 2.30% of the company's equity capital.

On May 16, Adris acquired 328 own shares at 443.0 kuna ($70.5/60.1 euro) apiece. On May 17, the company acquired a further 338 shares at 440.0 kuna, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Friday.

Prior to launching its share buyback programme on March 5, Adris owned 367,504 treasury shares. Under the programme, Adris Grupa aims to purchase up to 600,000 of its own shares by June 16, 2019.
