October 28 (SeeNews) - Croatian holding company Adris [ZSE:ADRS, ADRS2] reported a consolidated net profit of 604.5 million kuna ($ 93.4 million/80.4 million euro) for the first nine months of 2021, compared to a net profit of 141.5 million kuna for the same period of last year.
The company's consolidated revenue reached 4.51 billion kuna, up 23% on the year, Adris said in a consolidated unaudited report for the first nine months of 2021 filed to the Zagreb bourse on Thursday.
Consolidated sales revenue rose 25% on the year to 4.18 billion kuna in the period under review.
Consolidated EBITDA amounted 1.065 billion kuna, up from 610 million kuna in the same period of last year.
The group consists of three main arms: tourism, managed by hotel operator Maistra [ZSE:MAIS], food production, managed by fish breeding company Cromaris, and insurance, managed by insurer Croatia Osiguranje [ZSE:CROS, CROS2].
The ordinary shares of Adris [ZSE:ADRS] traded 1.73% higher at 470 kuna on the Zagreb bourse intraday on Thursday compared to their previous closing price.
The preferred shares of Adris [ZSE:ADRS2] traded 2.63% higher at 430 kuna intraday on Thursday compared to the closing price lower on Wednesday.
