May 28 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] said it now holds 379,481 of its own shares, representing 2.31% of the company's equity capital.
On May 21, Adris acquired 37 own regular shares at 505.0 kuna ($79.8/68.3 euro) apiece and 325 preferred shares at 450.34 kuna. On May 22, the company acquired a further 120 preferred shares at 448.0 kuna, and on May 25 it bought another 250 shares at 448.0 kuna, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Friday.
Prior to launching its share buyback programme on March 5, Adris owned 367,504 of its own shares.
Under its share buyback programme, Adris Grupa aims to purchase up to 600,000 of its own shares by June 16, 2019.
