December 11 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] held 341,208 of its own shares as of Tuesday, representing 2.08% of the company's equity capital, it said.
On December 7, Adris repurchased 396 of its preferred shares at a price of 423.0 kuna ($65.2/57.3 euro) apiece and 59 ordinary shares at 474.0 kuna, the group said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
The company bought back 418 preferred shares at a price of 420.0 kuna apiece and 51 ordinary shares at 470.0 kuna on December 10.
Adris has been buying back its shares for several months to distribute them to its workers and the company's management under a reward programme launched by the company earlier this year.
