July 18 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] said on Thursday it held 456,785 treasury shares as of July 18, representing 2.78% of its share capital.
On July 16, the diversified group bought back 294 of its ADRS2 shares at 463 kuna ($70.4/62.7 euro) apiece, it said in filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
The following day, it purchased 100 ADRS2 units at 465 kuna per share.
Adris has launched a new programme of buying back its own shares in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management. The programme will run for a year until June 19, 2020.
