August 7 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] said on Wednesday it held 459,807 treasury shares as of August 7, representing 2.80% of its share capital.
On August 2, the diversified group bought back 536 of its ADRS2 shares at 465 kuna ($70.5/63.0 euro) apiece, it said in filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
Adris' shares traded at 465 kuna by 13:36 CET on Wednesday on the ZSE, down 0.43%.
Adris has launched a new programme of buying back its own shares in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management. The programme will run for a year until June 19, 2020.
