May 30 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] said on Thursday it held 435,223 of its own shares as of May 30, representing 2.65% of the company's issued equity capital.
On May 28, the diversified group bought 618 of its ADRS2 shares at a price of 446 kuna ($66.9/60.1 euro) apiece, it said in a bourse filing.
The same day, Adris purchased 52 ADRS units at 510 kuna per share.
On May 29 the company acquired 637 ADRS2 shares at 445.1 kuna apiece. On the same day, the company purchased a further 49 ADRS units for 505 kuna per share.
On May 30, Adris bought 635 of its ADRS2 shares at a price of 442 kuna apiece.
Adris has been buying back its own shares for several months in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a reward programme launched last year. The programme will run until June 16, 2019.
