May 9 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] held 480,070 of its own shares as of May 9, representing 2.92% of the company's issued equity capital, it said on Thursday.
On May 7, the diversified group bought 451 of its ADRS2 shares at a price of 450 kuna ($68.3/60.8 euro) apiece, it said in a bourse filing.
On May 9, it purchased 55 ADRS units at 515 kuna per share.
Adris has been buying back its own shares for several months in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a reward programme launched last year. The programme will run until June 16, 2019.
