March 20 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] held 473,090 of its own shares as of Wednesday, representing 2.88% of the company's issued equity capital, it said.
On March 18, the diversified group bought 65 of its shares at a price of 440 kuna ($67.4/59.3 euro) apiece, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Wednesday.
The same day, the company purchased 91 of its shares, at 510 kuna per share, as it acquired a further 67 Adris shares at 440.75 kuna on March 19.
Adris has been buying back its own shares for several months in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a reward programme launched last year. The programme will last until June 16, 2019.
