September 11 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] held 326,397 of its own shares as of September 11, representing 1.99% of the company's equity capital, it said.
Between September 7 and 10, Adris purchased 455 of its preferred shares for a total 198,965 kuna ($31,185/26,810 euro) and 85 of its ordinary shares for 41,310 kuna, the group said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
Adris has been buying back its shares for several months to distribute them to its workers and the company's management under a reward programme launched by the company in October last year.
