ZAGREB (Croatia), September 7 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] held 325,857 of its own shares as of September 6, representing 1.98% of the company's equity capital, it said.

Between September 4 and 6, Adris purchased 263 of its preferred shares for a total 115,201 kuna ($18,043/15,497 euro), the group said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange late on Thursday.

Adris has been buying back its shares for several months to distribute them to its workers and the company's management under a reward programme launched by the company in October last year.
