August 14 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] held 323,748 of its own shares as of August 13, representing 1.97% of the company's equity capital, it said.
Between August 10 and August 13, the company acquired 474 preferred shares for a total of 209,662 kuna ($32,227/28,230 euro), Adris said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange late on Monday.
Adris has been buying back its shares for several months to distribute them to its workers and the company's management under a reward programme launched by the company in October last year.
