March 2 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS-R-A] booked a net profit of 40.6 million kuna ($6.4 million/5.4 million euro) in 2020, sharply down from 506.1 million kuna the previous year, it said.
The group's total revenue fell 20% on the year to 4.3 billion kuna in 2020, while financial revenue dropped 52% to 10 million kuna, Adris said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) last week.
The conglomerate's tourism segment generated a net loss of 136 million kuna in 2020 after bringing in 229 million kuna in net profit a year earlier.
The group's insurance unit, Croatia Osiguranje, saw its net profit fall by 3.6% on the year to 328 milllion kuna, whereas its health foods division grew its net profit to 9 million kuna in 2020 from 6 million kuna the previous year.
The Adris preferred shares traded 0.24% higher at 418 kuna by 1405 CET on Tuesday on ZSE. Its ordinary shares last traded on the ZSE on Monday, closing 1.3% higher at 456 kuna.
