January 22 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] said on Monday it has repurchased 190,000 of its own preferred shares at 440.00 kuna ($72.4/59.2 euro) apiece, representing 1.15% of its total share capital.
Currently, Adris holds a total of 367,590 of ordinary and preferred shares, or 2.24% of its total share capital, it said in a Zagreb bouse filing.
Prior to the share repurchase, the company held 26,192 of its preferred shares, equal to 0.16% of the company's total stock.
The company also holds 151,398 of its ordinary shares, or 0.92% of the company's total share capital.
Adris Grupa launched its share repurchase on January 16.
InterCapital securities has been authorised to lead the share buy back, Adris said at the time.
In 2015, Adris Grupa said it intended to list abroad in 2018, adding it planned to invest over 4 billion kuna in 2016-2018 in order to increase the valuation of its existing operations.
