August 12 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] said on Monday it held 460,566 treasury shares as of August 12, representing 2.80% of the company's share capital.
On August 9, the diversified group bought back 509 of its ADRS2 priority shares at 465 kuna ($70.5/62.8 euro) apiece, it said in filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
Following the transaction, Adris owns 356,591 priority shares, or 5.25% of the ADRS2 stocks, and 103,975 ordinary shares, or 1.08% of all such ADRS-tagged shares, which is an overall 460,566 shares.
Adris' ordinary ADRS stock traded flat at 540 kuna by 15:30 CET on Monday, while the preferred stock ADRS2 last traded on Friday, closing 0.43% lower at 465 kuna.
In June, Adris launched a new programme of buying back its own shares in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management. The programme will run for a year until June 19, 2020.
