June 13 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] said it held 437,648 of its own shares as of June 13, representing 2.66% of the company's issued equity capital.
On June 11, the diversified group bought 245 of its ADRS2 shares for 460 kuna ($69.9/62.0 euro) apiece, it said in a bourse filing on Thursday.
The following day, Adris purchased 377 ADRS2 units at 463 kuna per share.
On June 13, the company acquired 408 ADRS2 shares for 464 kuna per share.
Adris has been buying back its own shares for several months in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a reward programme launched last year. The programme will run until June 16, 2019.
