March 18 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] held 472,867 of its own shares as of Friday, representing 2.88% of the company's issued equity capital, it said.
On March 13, the diversified group bought 243 of its ADRS2 shares at a price of 440.95 kuna ($67.5/59.5 euro) apiece, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Friday.
The following day, the company purchased a further 53 ADRS2 units, at 439 kuna per share. That same day, it also bought 125 of its ADRS shares at 510 kuna per share.
On March 15, the group bought 241 securities at 441 kuna apiece.
Adris has been buying back its shares for several months in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a reward programme launched last year. The programme will last until June 16, 2019.
