February 26 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] has bought back 54,938 of its own ADRS shares and 65,688 of ADRS2 shares for a total of 58 million kuna ($8.8/7.8 million euro), it said.
Following the repurchase, Adris held 470,835 of its own shares as of February 25, representing 2.87% of the company's issued equity capital, it said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Monday.
The company bought back its ADRS shares at a price of 525 kuna apiece and paid 444 kuna per share for its ADRS2 stocks.
Adris has been buying back its shares for several months to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a reward programme launched last year. The programme will last until June 16, 2019.
