October 10 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] has repurchased 90 of its ADRS2 preferred shares at 490 kuna ($72.7/66.0 euro) apiece on October 7, it said.
The diversified group held 478,356 of its own shares as of October 10, representing 2.91% of the issued share capital, Adris said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Wednesday.
Adris' preferred shares traded at 495 kuna by 0943 CET on Thursday on the ZSE, up 1.02%. There was no trading in Adris' ordinary shares by that time.
Adris has been buying back its own shares in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a year-long programme that will run until June 19, 2020.
