January 26 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] repurchased 357 of its ordinary shares and 513 of its preferred shares [ZSE:ADRS2], the company said.
The diversified group held 654,294 of its own shares as of Monday, representing 3.98% of the company's issued share capital, Adris said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Monday.
It bought back the ordinary shares in two transactions on January 22 and January 25 at a price of 470 kuna ($75.4/62.1 euro) and 459.5 kuna apiece, respectively.
Adris repurchased the preferred shares in three transactions on January 21, January 22 and January 25 at a respective price of 424.39 kuna, 422.9 kuna and 420.8 kuna.
Adris' preferred shares last traded on Monday, closing at 421 kuna on the ZSE, 0.5% down compared with the closing price on Friday. The company's ordinary shares closed 1.7% down on Monday at 462 kuna.
Adris has been buying back its own shares in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a year-long programme that will run until June 18, 2021.
