April 9 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] repurchased 100 of its ordinary shares and 333 of its preferred shares [ZSE:ADRS2], it said.
The diversified group held 664,917 of its own shares, representing 4.05% of the issued share capital, after repurchasing the shares, Adris said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Thursday.
Adris repurchased the ordinary shares in one transaction on April 6 at a price of 450 kuna ($70.6/59.4 euro) apiece.
It bought back the preferred shares in two transactions carried out on April 6 and April 8 at a price of 407.9 kuna and 409 kuna, respectively.
The group's preferred shares traded 0.73% lower at 406 kuna on the ZSE by 1230 CET on Friday. Its ordinary shares traded flat at 450 kuna by that time.
Adris has been buying back its own shares in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a year-long programme that will run until June 18.
