ZAGREB (Croatia), January 11 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] said it held 652,793 of its own shares as of January 7, representing 3.98% of the company's issued share capital. 

The diversified group repurchased 100 of its ordinary shares at a price of 448 kuna ($72/59 euro) apiece on January 5, Adris said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) last week.

The company also repurchased 280 of its preferred shares [ZSE:ADRS2] on January 5, for 400 kuna apiece, it said. 

Adris' preferred shares traded 0.71% higher at 425 kuna by 1100 CET on Monday on the ZSE. The company's ordinary shares traded at 476 kuna by the same time, up 0.85%.

Adris has been buying back its own shares in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a year-long programme that will run until June 18, 2021.
