March 4 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] repurchased 244 of its preferred shares [ZSE:ADRS2] at a price of 418 kuna ($66.3/55.1 euro) apiece on March 2, the company said on Thursday.
The diversified group held 658,129 of its own shares as of March 4, representing 4.01% of its issued share capital, Adris said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Adris' preferred shares traded 1.20% lower at 413 kuna by 1523 CET on Thursday on the ZSE. The company's ordinary shares did not trade on the Zagreb bourse by that time, after closing flat at 456 kuna on Wednesday.
The group has been buying back its own shares in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a year-long programme that will run until June 18, 2021.
