ZAGREB (Croatia), September 18 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] held 479,273 of its own shares as of September 18, representing 2.92% of the issued share capital, it said on Wednesday.
On September 16, the diversified group bought back 164 of its ADRS2 preferred shares at 465 kuna ($69.4/62.9 euro) apiece, Adris said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Adris is buying back its own shares in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a year-long programme that will run until June 19, 2020.
