May 15 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] said it held 481,722 of its own shares as of May 14, representing 2.93% of the company's issued equity capital.
On May 10, the diversified group bought 543 of its ADRS2 shares at a price of 452 kuna ($68.3/60.9 euro) apiece, it said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.
On May 13, it purchased a further 552 ADRS2 units at 450.90 kuna per share. The following day, the company acquired 557 ADRS2 shares at 447.86 kuna apiece.
Adris has been buying back its own shares for several months in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a reward programme launched last year. The programme will run until June 16, 2019.
