December 14 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] held 341,745 of its own shares as of December 13, representing 2.08% of the company's equity capital, it said.
On December 11, Adris repurchased 179 of its preferred shares at a price of 421.0 kuna ($64.4/56.9 euro), while on December 12 it bought back 352 preferred shares at a price of 421.0 kuna and six ordinary shares at 490.0 kuna, the group said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Thursday.
Adris has been buying back its shares for several months to distribute them to its workers and the company's management under a reward programme launched by the company earlier this year.
