December 4 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] held 339,485 of its own shares as of December 3, representing 2.07% of the company's equity capital, it said.
On November 29, Adris repurchased 75 of its preferred shares at a price of 425.0 kuna ($65.6/57.5 euro) apiece and 86 ordinary shares at 472.0 kuna, while on December 3 it bought back 31 preferred shares at a price of 470.0 kuna, the group said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Monday.
Adris has been buying back its shares for several months to distribute them to its workers and the company's management under a reward programme launched by the company in October last year.
