February 23 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified holding company Adris Group [ZSE:ADRS, ADRS2] said on Thursday that its consolidated net profit rose to 550 million kuna ($77 million/ 73 million euro) last year, up 37% on the year and 9% higher compared to pre-pandemic 2019.
EBITDA increased 19% to reach 1.26 billion kuna, and was 9% higher compared to 2019, the group said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.
Overall revenue went up 14% on the year to 6.5 billion kuna in 2022, as sales revenue increased 16% to 6.1 billion kuna.
Adris achieved growth in all of its group's three key segments - tourism, insurance and health food, last year, it said.
The tourism division increased its net EBITDA 23% to 617 million kuna last year, as its sales revenue rose 43% to 1.95 billion kuna.
The insurance arm, the country's top insurer Croatia Osiguranje [ZSE:CROS], boosted its sales revenue to 3.5 billion kuna from 3.3 billion kuna, while the group's health food manufacturing division, Cromaris, increased its sales 18% on the year to 721 million kuna.
The blue-chip preferred shares of Adris [ZSE:ADRS2] traded 1.95% higher at 52.40 euro intraday on Wednesday on the Zagreb bourse.
