September 21 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] held 327,563 of its own shares as of September 21, representing 1.99% of the company's equity capital, it said on Friday.
Between September 18 and 20, Adris purchased 459 of its preferred shares for a total 199,188 kuna ($31,612/26,817 euro) and 94 of its ordinary shares for 46,060 kuna, the group said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
Adris has been buying back its shares for several months to distribute them to its workers and the company's management under a reward programme launched by the company in October last year.
