August 19 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] said on Monday it held 464,857 treasury shares as of August 19, representing 2.83% of its share capital.
On August 14, the diversified group bought back 3,900 of its shares at 465 kuna ($69.9/62.9 euro) apiece, it said in filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
On August 16, the company purchased a further one hundred of its shares at the same price.
Adris traded at 467 kuna by 14:41 CET on Monday on the ZSE, unchanged from Friday's close.
Adris has launched a new programme of buying back its own shares in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management. The programme will run for a year until June 19, 2020.
