July 29 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] said on Monday it held 458,900 treasury shares as of July 29, representing 2.79% of its share capital, following a buyback.
On July 25, the diversified group bought back 193 of its ADRS2 shares at 463 kuna ($69.9/62.7 euro) apiece, it said in filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
The following day, Adris transferred to its employees 426 treasury shares, representing 0.0026% of the company's subscribed share capital.
The transactions were carried out under the company's programme for offering own shares as remuneration to management and employees.
Adris has launched a new programme of buying back its own shares in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management. The programme will run for a year until June 19, 2020.
