August 22 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] said on Thursday it held 465,409 treasury shares as of August 22, representing 2.83% of its share capital.
On August 20, the diversified group bought back 202 of its shares at 464 kuna ($69.5/62.8 euro) apiece, it said in filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The following day, the company repurchased a further 350 of its own shares at 465 kuna per share.
Adris' ordinary shares traded at 530 kuna by 11:59 CET on Thursday on the ZSE, unchanged from Wednesday's close.
Adris is buying back its own shares in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a year-long programme that will run until June 19, 2020.
