September 9 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] said on Thursday it held 680,972 own shares representing 4.15% of its capital after buying back 360 own ordinary stocks on September 7 and 8.
On Tuesday, Adris bought back 265 preferred shares at a weighted average price of 425.8302 kuna ($67.4/56.9 euro) apiece, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
On Wednesday, it bought 95 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 472 kuna apiece.
Adris launched a new one-year share repurchase programme on June 18, when the company held 672,935 own shares representing around 4.10% of its share capital.
The overall value of the new programme is set at 450 million kuna, with the repurchased shares to be distributed to Adris employees and management.
Adris' ordinary shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on Wednesday, when they closed 2.94% lower at 462 kuna.
Its preferred shares, which are part of the bourse's blue-chip indices Crobex and Crobex10, traded at 421 kuna intraday on Thursday, down 0.47% from the previous closing price.
