November 19 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS, ADRS2] holds 685,393 own shares representing 4.17% of its capital after buying back 280 of its ordinary and preferred stocks on November 15 and 16, the company said.
On Monday, Adris bought back 135 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 470 kuna ($70.7/62.6 euro) apiece, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) late on Wednesday.
The bourse was closed on Thursday for a public holiday.
On Tuesday, it also repurchased 145 preferred shares at a weighted average price of 418 kuna apiece.
Adris launched a new one-year share repurchase programme on June 18. At the time the company held 672,935 own shares representing around 4.10% of its share capital. The overall value of the new programme is set at 450 million kuna, with the repurchased shares to be distributed to Adris employees and management.
Adris ordinary shares closed at 474 kuna on the Zagreb bourse on Friday, unchanged from the previous closing price.
The company's preferred shares, which are a component of the bourse's blue-chip indices Crobex and Crobex10, ended at 417 kuna on Friday, down 0.71% compared to the closing price on Wednesday.
