September 21 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS, ADRS2] said on Tuesday it held 682,231 own shares representing 4.15% of its capital after buying back 253 of its own ordinary and preferred stocks on September 17 and 20.
On Friday, Adris bought back 51 preferred shares at a weighted average price of 416 kuna ($65.10/55.5 euro) apiece, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
On Monday, Adris bought back 50 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 464 kuna apiece, as well as 152 preferred shares at a weighted average price of 410,.1579 kuna per share, it added.
Adris launched a new one-year share repurchase programme on June 18, when the company held 672,935 own shares representing around 4.10% of its share capital.
The overall value of the new programme is set at 450 million kuna, with the repurchased shares to be distributed to Adris employees and management.
Adris' ordinary shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on Monday, when they closed 1.28% higher at 462 kuna.
Its preferred shares, which are part of the bourse's blue-chip indices Crobex and Crobex10, traded at 410 kuna intraday on Tuesday, up 0.74%.
