October 19 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adria Dental Group said on Wednesday it has invested in local dental clinic Dentum, cementing its position as the largest dental services group in Croatia.
Thanks to the new investment in Dentum, the number of employees at Adria Dental increased to over 420 people and consolidated annual revenue topped 30 million euro ($29.3 million), Adria Dental Group said in a press release without disclosing financial details of the deal.

Currently, Adria Dental Group consists of 5 clinics and 5 laboratories located in Zagreb, Solin, Rijeka and Porec. The group plans to further expand on the local and regional market.
Dentum was set up in Zagreb by Andrej Bozic and Petar Bago in 2012.
Local investment company Provectus Capital Partners holds a majority stake in Adria Dental Group. Earlier, Adria Dental Group acquired local Poliklinika Arena, Salona Dental and Poliklinika Rident, as well as dental laboratories Vladimir Tesija and Ridental.
