June 5 (SeeNews) - Croatian manufacturer of plastic products for the automotive industry AD Plastik [ZSE:ADPL] said on Monday that it has proposed to its shareholders to cover its loss of 13.7 million euro ($14.7 million) for 2022 with retained profit and capital reserves.
The loss will be covered with 13.1 million euro profit retained from earlier years and with 641,700 euro from the company’s capital reserves, it said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse. The shareholders will vote on the proposal on July 20.
Last year AD Plastik also skipped dividend payment. It has two factories in Russia, which were significantly impacted last year by the Russian-Ukrainian war.
For the last time, it paid a divided of 1.06 euro per share in 2021.
Its shares traded at 15 euro, down 1.96% on Monday afternoon on the Zagreb bourse.
