ZAGREB (Croatia), April 30 (SeeNews) - Croatian plastic products manufacturer AD Plastik [ZSE:ADPL-R-A] said on Tuesday its consolidated net profit dropped 12.5% to 27.9 million kuna ($4.2 million/3.8 million euro) in the first quarter.
The company's operating income rose 7.7% year-on-year to 348.3 million kuna in the first quarter, while its EBITDA decreased 11.8% to 46 million kuna, AD Plastik said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Of the total operating income, 277.2 million kuna was generated on the market of the EU and Serbia, up 15.8%. On the Russian market, AD Plastik made 71.1 million kuna, down 15.3%.
The company's consolidated sales revenue grew 8.5% to 345.8 million kuna.
In 2018 AD Plastik's consolidated net profit grew 24% year-on-year, reaching 87.27 million kuna.
