December 20 (SeeNews) - Adriatic Croatia International Club [ZSE:ACI-R-A] said on Wednesday it has signed a concession agreement with the Sibenik-Knin county for the development of a nautical tourism port.
The concession for the development of a nautical tourism port in the Vozarica and Srednja Draga bay has a 12-year term, ACI said in a Zagreb bourse filing.
Opatija-based ACI operates 22 marinas.
The Croatian state, through various government agencies, owns over 78% of ACI. Dogus Marine Croatia is the second largest shareholder with a 10.87% stake.
