May 12 (SeeNews) - Croatia's largest wine producer Kutjevo [ZSE:KTJV] proposed to its shareholders to skip dividend payment this year, it said on Friday.
The company will retain 2.7 million euro out of its net profit of 2.8 million euro reported for last year and the remaining 142,162 euro will be allocated to mandatory reserves, Kutjevo said in filing to the Zagreb bourse.
The shareholders will vote on the proposal on June 21.
Last year, Kutjevo distributed a dividend of 0.12 euro per share. The company shares traded 6.50% lower at 5.75 euro on the Zagreb bourse intraday on Friday.
Kutjevo is one of the 15 constituents of the main Crobex index of the Zagreb bourse.
