July 19 (SeeNews) - Croatian automotive software developer Make IT Easy said it has opened an 1.5 million euro ($1.54 million) investment round, with a planned Funderbeam investor contribution of 10% to 20%.
So far, the company has raised 59,000 euro out of its minimum target of 150,000 euro, with 29 days left for investors to join the fundraising round in which the minimum investment is set at 100 euro, the company said in a statement published on the Funderbeam website.
Zagreb-based Make IT Easy was set up in 2019. It provides fleet services software with the aim of stepping up to the global market.
Its specialised software product is branded as “mobilityONE”, a comprehensive and vertically integrated SaaS B2B platform, which covers mobile asset management that is fully integrated into the corporate landscape.
The Zagreb-based unit of Funderbeam, Funderbeam South-East Europe, was established in 2016 as a 20:80 joint venture of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) and Estonia's Funderbeam Ventures OU to provide cross-border services to investors and startups.
In 2020, the ZSE raised its stake in Funderbeam South-East Europe to 30% from 20%.
