July 19 (SeeNews) - Croatian shipbuilding company 3. Maj Brodogradiliste [ZSE:3MAJ] said on Tuesday it will propose to its shareholders to cover the loss of 114.1 million kuna ($15.5 million/15.2 million euro) reported for last year with future profit.
The shareholders will vote on the proposal on August 30, 3. Maj said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.
Last year, the shareholders of decided to pay cover the company's loss of 74.5 million kuna for 2020 with future profit.
3. Maj's shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on December 21 when they closed at 14.90 kuna, down 59.73%.
Bankrupt Croatian shipbuilding group Uljanik is majority shareholder in 3. Maj with a stake 85.46%, bourse data showed.
