December 21 (SeeNews) - The supervisory board and management board of Croatian shipbuilding company Uljanik [ZSE:ULJN] have reached a decision to revoke the selection of Kermas Energija as a strategic partner, the company said on Friday.
The company's data room will be opened to all potential strategic partners, Uljanik said in a filing with the Zagreb stock exchange.
On December 12, economy minister Darko Horvat said that two companies have expressed interest in entering the data room of Uljanik shipbuilding group and are considered to be potential strategic partners, without revealing further details.
In March, Uljanik chose local company Kermas Energija as its strategic partner under its call for recapitalisation.
Uljanik d.d. is a Croatian state-owned shipbuilding concern. It participates in the ownership and management of local companies, operating in the shipbuilding sector. The company manages one of Croatia's four shipyards, Uljanik Brodogradiliste d.d., which exports its production to Europe and Asia.
