May 10 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) extended their losing streak for a third day in a row on Tuesday, as the only gainer among the blue chips was food and pharmaceuticals producer Podravka [ZSE:PODR], bourse data showed.
The 23-share blue-chip index, the CROBEX, finished 0.32% lower at 2,096.01 points.
The narrower CROBEX10 which tracks the top ten companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, lost 0.37% to end at 1,249.46 points.
Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] was the most traded share, recording a turnover of 1.3 million kuna ($182,000/172,000 euro). Its price closed 1.10% lower at 180 kuna.
Preferred shares of holding company Adris [ZSE:ADRS2] generated the second-biggest turnover on Tuesday, of 1.2 million kuna. Their price declined 1.41% to 421 kuna.
Shares of shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ADPL] dipped 0.37% to 542 kuna in a turnover of 1.18 million kuna.
Shares of Podravka gained 1.33% to finish at 608 kuna in a turnover of almost 1.18 million kuna.
The ZSE's total trading turnover dropped to 8.5 million kuna from 18.9 million kuna on Monday when it was boosted by a 2.3 million kuna worth of block transactions.
